Green Smoothie Recipe
I was never one for green smoothies until I created this recipe and now I’m hooked! This is my favorite breakfast and there are days that I crave these and am not satisfied until I finally get one. This green smoothie tastes so delicious, you will never know it has this much spinach in it. It is smooth and creamy even with no plant-based milk or dairy. I love to add other things to this from time to time, but this is always the base of my smoothie.
Green smoothies are such a great breakfast! It is an easy way to start your morning with a healthy dose of greens while still having a nice serving of fruit as well. I always use at least 2 cups of spinach when I make mine to ensure that I am getting more greens than fruit. This helps me regulate the amount of sugar I have in the morning and not let my smoothie become like a dessert, but rather an energy boost.
I always keep the ingredients on hand for this in my fridge and freezer so I can make a healthy breakfast on the go. This helps with mornings when I’m running late or rushing (usually always), or when I need a quick snack before or after a workout.

Green Smoothie Recipe
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
¼ cup Frozen Mango
1- 2 cups Spinach
⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract
⅛ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Lemon Juice
Ice and Water as needed
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serve in your favorite glass with a reusable straw.
